Short Description ![]() | Archaeological Park of Byzantine watermills in the settlement of Meteora (12th-13th c.). There are five (5) Byzantine and post-Byzantine watermills and one (1) wine press (linos) preserved. After the excavation research (1996) and the declaration of the area as an archaeological park by the Ministry of Culture, the monuments have been restored on an initiative of the municipality and are now an archaeological site open to the public with a special educational program "The Milotopos of Polichni" by Dr. K. Tamoutseli (Polichni 2003).
